Translate By Humans is seeking a project manager to join our team based in Ahmedabad. This role will primarily be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of translation/interpretation projects across various industry verticals, including ones that involve multiple foreign languages and maintaining client relationships as well.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

\xe2\x97\x8f Responsible for the day-to-day management of one or more complex translation/interpretation projects, including but not limiting to

\xe2\x97\x8b Sourcing the language projects to linguists as per the projects
\xe2\x97\x8b Maintaining client sheets
\xe2\x97\x8b Maintaining vendor and client relationship
\xe2\x97\x8b Reviewing and Formatting files for QC and attending interpretation events
\xe2\x97\x8b Assisting Sr. Project manager with various other project responsibilities

\xe2\x97\x8f Serve as a liaison between client and the linguist, ensuring any and all expectations/requirements for the projects are made clear to the teams.

\xe2\x97\x8f Excellent project coordination skills including adherence to timelines, scope and quality.

\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to prioritize and to recognize what and when to escalate.

\xe2\x97\x8f Tracking and reporting on project progress to internal and external stakeholders.

\xe2\x97\x8f Collaborate with internal teams to initiate and implement procedural changes and help optimize work\xef\xac\x82ows.

\xe2\x97\x8f Assist in the creation, updating and tracking project tasks.

\xe2\x97\x8f Gain expertise in the usage of CAT tools (For eg. TRADOS) including the ability to troubleshoot issues.

Requirements

\xe2\x97\x8f Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree (Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferred)

\xe2\x97\x8f At least two plus years of experience in Project Coordination

\xe2\x97\x8f Should be willing to work in the UK shift

\xe2\x97\x8f Experience in customer service, coordinating projects and/or managing resources.

\xe2\x97\x8f Hands-on experience in working with Customer Service tool (Zendesk, FreshDesk, ZohoDesk, etc).

\xe2\x97\x8f Must have worked in multiple vendors environment.

\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to multitask in a time sensitive work environment and stay calm under pressure.

\xe2\x97\x8f Understanding of HTML, XML, and web technologies along with Microsoft Office programs would be beneficial.

\xe2\x97\x8f Brilliant at communicating expectations and should have excellent customer service skills.

\xe2\x97\x8f Fluency in verbal and written English Communication and in understanding foreign dialects.

\xe2\x97\x8f Fluency in basic reading and writing in any European language.

\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to deal effectively with ambiguity while ensuring that challenging delivery timelines are met.

\xe2\x97\x8f Highly detail oriented, positive, friendly, and a fast learner.

\xe2\x97\x8f Project Management Certifications Like CAPM, Prince2 and PMP are plus.

\xe2\x97\x8f Able to work independently and as part of a team.
