: Project Manager (Ecommerce Domain)
Location - Ahmedabad /Hyderabad

As a Project Manager in our organization, you will play a pivotal role in successfully delivering complex, multi-year projects within the dynamic and fast-paced Ecommerce domain. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, lead project teams, and ensure the timely and effective execution of projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Your expertise in project management, communication, and strategic thinking will be essential in achieving project goals and maximise business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business owners, developers, designers, and QA teams, to understand project requirements, scope, and objectives.
Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining phases, gates, resource allocation, and timelines. Choose appropriate project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) based on project requirements.
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, providing clear direction, setting expectations, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans. Proactively address challenges to minimize disruptions to project timelines and deliverables.
Work Tracking: Implement effective tracking mechanisms to monitor project progress, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within scope.
Communication Management: Establish clear communication channels with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and potential roadblocks.
Dynamic Prioritization: Adapt to changing project priorities and business needs, making real-time adjustments to project plans and resources allocation.
Methodology Expertise: Apply Agile methodologies for iterative and incremental project development, as well as Waterfall processes for structured project execution, ensuring the best-fit approach for each project.

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Project Management Expertise: Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects in the Ecommerce domain, utilising both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Leadership: Strong leadership skills to guide and inspire cross-functional teams toward project success, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey project updates, expectations, and progress to stakeholders at all levels.
Problem Solving: Ability to anticipate challenges, think critically, and develop effective solutions to ensure project goals are achieved.
Adaptability: Flexibility to thrive in a dynamic environment, adept at adjusting project plans and strategies to align with evolving business priorities.
Time Management: Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all are progressing according to plan.
Technical Acumen: Familiarity with Ecommerce platforms, technologies, and trends to facilitate informed discussions with technical team members.
Risk Management: Proficiency in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks to minimize potential negative impacts.
Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or other relevant certifications are a plus.
