The project: It is a high-end hospitality project in Agra. You will deliver and manage project plans from project inception/brief, through design development and planning, contractor procurement and construction phase in accordance with the overall delivery program and agreed project milestones. You will manage tasks and associated deliverables in support of senior project managers and other leaders, alongside the wider project and client teams, to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of the project. You\'ll need to have: Bachelor\'s degree in civil. Experience of leading a project of a similar nature You\'ll also have: Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development. Experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programmes in the construction sector. Property or infrastructure project management expertise. Commercial and financial acumen. Experience of working on projects within large, diverse teams. Experience of developing and forming relationships with other stakeholders within projects. Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
