• Head O&M, Role is to manage deliverables of Projects in Opex phase, while delivering the performance in Operation and Maintenance SLA, Customer Management, Employee Engagement.
• He should have knowledge & hands on Experience in Operation :
  • Managing Network Operation \xe2\x80\x93 OSP/ISP/Infrastructure for Telecom, ISP and ITES at city and zone level
  • Network Management, Incident Management, Field Operation : Installation and Repair activities
  • Application Management : Web Application, Database Management, Integration Services, Storage & Servers
  • Relationship & Customer Management : Enterprise / Government/Public Sector / Large Corporate - Services and Expectation
  • SLA Management : Understand Rewards and Penalties in contract / SLA
  • Vendor Management & Resources Management : OEM Support, Field Vendor Productivity and Efficiency
  • Spares Management : Inventory, Repair, RMA Process
  • Change Management, Performance Management, Project Management
  • Quality, Safety and Risk management
• Key Performance Deliverables of this role
  • Network Uptime / SLA for the services / Project as agreed with Customer
  • Resolution of Incident with TAT / MTTR / Within Defined SLA

• OSI Layer knowledge : Physical Layer, Data Layer, Network Layer, Transport Layer, Application Layer
• Projects and Operation : OSP (Outside Plant), ISP (Inside Plant), Site Infra, Data Center
• Technology & Services :
  • Network Knowledge : Transmission, Fiber, MPLS, IP, Wi-Fi, Broadband, Audio & Video Solution, Triple Play, Security Solution, Wireless Solution
  • Servers and Tools : NMS, CRM, Remedy Tool, MRTG, Application, USE case analytical
  • LAN, MAN & WAN technologies
  • Smart Elements for Smart City
  • CCTV Surveillance System
  • Communication Network : Data / Voice / Video

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• MCA /BE / B Tech (prefer EXTC/CS/IT) with 15-18 years proven track records of significant impact in multinational ISP, ITES organization managing Project Head / O&M Head Position.
• Management Diploma / Degree - advantage
• PMP, Prince 2 certified, CCNA, ITIL trained or Certified - advantage
