Know more about us: Brief about the Team The Tata 1mg Strategic Initiative team consists of skilled professionals from diverse backgrounds, driving the organization-s long-term success. They identify opportunities, develop plans, and execute initiatives aligned with business objectives. Conducting thorough research and analysis, they create strategic plans, oversee project implementation, and collaborate with stakeholders. Adaptable and result-oriented, the team operates in a fast-paced environment, employing their expertise in strategy, finance, analytics, and project management. What will you do Provide psychological support (one on one or group counselling) to the client/patient. Assist in the development and provision of psychosocial activities within the program scope. Supervise and provide counseling training and technical counseling support to people directly involved with the psychosocial component of the program. Ensure timely implementation of psychosocial program activities. Lead awareness-raising and/or sensitization campaigns through psychosocial activities. Compile counseling monthly and quarterly reports on the referred cases and provide best solutions to cases. Perform any other professional duty assigned to the supervisor. What we are looking for At least one year of experience in similar profile Bachelor\'s degree in Psychology or social science or relevant field (Mandatory). Master\'s degree in relevant field would be preferable Good report writing and communication skills A team player with ability to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to maintain professionalism in services delivery and ethics Computer literate (MS Office suite) Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing in national languages and as well as fluency in speaking, reading and writing in English language.
