Your role-

Mission:

As Project Lead - System & Process, your mission is to play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operations of the product lifecycle management system Enovia and contribute to the success of ERP software-related IT projects for product companies and distribution centers. Your focus will be on driving efficiency, reducing administrative overhead, and supporting change management initiatives within the organization.

Roles & responsibilities:

Project Management & Team Leadership

  • Demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Work collaboratively with all the delivery teams within GECIA to establish an aligned way of working.
  • Take ownership of team deliverables, ensuring successful project outcomes.
  • Drive the divisional roadmap of the PIM project and ensure efficient on-time deliverables from the GECIA PIM coordinator.
  • Oversee pricing coordinator activities, seeking continuous improvement and collaboration with CTS Engineering. Drive the divisional roadmap for pricing activities through GECIA.
  • Oversee CAD drawing requests from different customer centers and PCs and ensure timely responses to such requests.
Enovia Key-User and Global Support
  • Organize and manage Enovia Key-User Responsibilities for CTS Engineering India.
  • Provide support for global CTS teams whenever required.
  • Contribute to the projects related to PLM system Enovia and ERP software-related IT projects.
Process Optimization and Change Management
  • Propose initiatives to reduce administrative workload and align with software teams for implementation.
  • Participate in establishing a change management dashboard for visualizing processes across teams.
  • Create awareness about processes in different teams and support life cycle analyst purchasers in data analysis and optimization.
Data Management & Governance
  • Support data clean-up exercises to prevent issues after go-live dates and during the onboarding of different entities.
  • Define fixed processes for item release and change management approvals in the PLM system.
  • Following up on the roll-out of the service bill for materials in the aftermarket organization.
Dashboard development and monitoring
  • Build follow-up dashboards in Power BI to monitor the change management process and predefined KPIs.
  • Collaborate with other delivery teams to address their specific needs for dashboards.
Life cycle processes and global support
  • Participate in different life cycle processes such as spare part proposals, transfer of ownership, and end of service.
  • Maintain global overview of various engineering processes and provide support for phased out products.
Knowledge Management
  • Map the PLM way of working in other divisions, including variant management and BOM structures.
  • Set up a knowledge page for global CTS engineering teams.
To succeed, you will need-

Educational requirements
  • The successful candidate should preferably have an engineering degree or equivalent.
  • Good command of English is required. Should be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Experience requirements
  • The ideal candidate should have 8-10 years\' experience in engineering processes.
  • Knowledge on various CTS engineering processes would be considered an added advantage.
  • Experience with PLM systems, particularly Enovia.
  • High analytical skills with strong IT skills and a determined approach.
  • The experience of working in a multicultural environment would be an added advantage.
