AREAS OF EXPOSURE/ WORK BACKGROUND: Preferable with field experience with rural projects, awareness of NGO/ Development sector. Knowledge of social development sector and Rural development programs of Govt Knowledge of CSR law and process. Skills for community organization, overseeing inter-groups process, program coordination and facilitation, supportive supervision, networking, report writing, problem solving and creativity etc.- Skills in Social Project Monitoring & Evaluation, Impact Assessment. Documentation of Development projects Basic skills in Computers, Proficiency to work with large excel sheets with budget data, Proficiency in MS-Office with skills in making Power point, and Web advanced Search and applications BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES: Excellent written and oral communication skills, good people skills, team worker, attention to details, readiness to travel across field work, various block, and district level government/corporate/NGOs offices, have capacity for multi-tasking etc. Should have two-wheeler to travel in interior of rural areas. Purpose Co-ordination, Support, Facilitation, and strengthening CSR initiatives for Integrated Community Development Project of identified clusters. Connect between ICDP Implementing Partners (NGOs), village institutional members and CSR project implementing Team Field level monitoring, quality assurance and documentation of projects. Assisting in department\'s work related to documentation, tracking target achievement, reporting deviations if any etc. Assisting in CSR department\'s activities if required. Primary 1: Integrated Community Development Project Regular monitoring of ICDP project in coordination with the existing implementing NGO partners in Maharashtra / & if required in other states. Follow-up closely with the NGO partner with a tracking sheet for tracking resource utilization, target achievement, outputs, and outcomes for each of the projects related work related to water and Soil, Sanitation, Sustainable agriculture, Livelihood, Health & Nutrition, and Institution Building Ensure timely submission of fortnightly, monthly, quarterly reports from the NGOs based on the activities as per project requirement. Organize and conduct Weekly, Fortnightly, Monthly calls/meetings with L&T team and the NGOs. Raise concerns and take up issues related to on ground implementation of the project with NGO team and report them to the HO CSR team and suggest course correction if required. Coordinate with other teams as and when required (Civil /Purchase /Accounts /Communication) in ICDP project. Regular field visits to the ICDP sites and locations for monitoring and ensuring quantity and quality of work at the ground level. Regular visit to the Project sites to see on ground implementation of Training programs, Community meetings, Awareness programs, Health related interventions, SHG meetings as well as check the sample quantity work related to civil structures for water conservation and harvesting. Interact with community representatives like farmers, farmer groups, Water shed associates, SHG groups and Federation, Village Development Committee meetings to review the benefits received and impact of the interventions on their lives individually and collectively. Visit the NGO office and meet the team to discuss and understand ground level issues in implementation, good practices and challenges and boost their motivation to achieve set targets. Review and verify the records and documents related to the project at IP/NGO level. Assist CSR Team for Planning and budgeting of the ICD project with partner NGOs Communication and coordination with NGOs partners for submission of annual budgets, reviewing the progress and budget requirements and spent of the ongoing projects. Organize fortnightly call for reviewing monitoring and tracking sheet with the partner NGO. Facilitate process and documentation for annual renewals / extensions of the contracts and MOUs. Prepare progress reports and provide monthly updates on progress to CSR team. Compile data from various monitoring formats and tracking sheets and present it monthly to the Corporate CSR team Review the data and give feedback to the NGOs on the good practices as well as on the targets to be achieved, challenges and areas for improvement. Prepare a monthly presentation on the progress of the project and plan for the next month. Cross verification of actual achievement and report at project level. Ensuring signages and enough awareness of L&T CSR among community and project areas. SECONDARY: . C oordination with NGO partners, regular visits to the CSR sites and locations to monitor projects, Field Work - strengthening community projects with regular visits, data management and documentation of projects Documentation - Of case stories, Pictures from the field 2. Attending CSR team meeting and Visit CSR office in Mumbai as and when required
