Job Overview: The client is looking for an experienced project coordinator or engineer for the solar Energy project, to join their team. They are a growing company that is expanding into new markets and requires a highly skilled individual who can help us succeed. As the project coordinator, your main responsibility will be managing material, labor, installation, quality and safety efforts on site so that our projects are successful. You\'ll also have oversight over reporting and managing project expenses. Additionally, as the project engineer or manager, you\'ll be responsible for documentation of all aspects of construction projects-from estimating to completion documentation. You\'ll also manage scheduling and construction supervision efforts. Skills and Experience: Apply if you have experience in the field of solar installation end to end cycle and renewable energy . \xe2\x97\x8fPrevious site experience of 1 to 2 years ( installation of PV Solar projects) \xe2\x97\x8fKnowledge of AutoCAD software \xe2\x97\x8fPossess strong communication, literacy and numerical skills \xe2\x97\x8fAbility to liaise with Internal and External Stakeholders to ensure delivery and project dates are adhered to \xe2\x97\x8fKnowledge and / or previous experience in electrical, metal fabrication and construction \xe2\x97\x8fAbility to read and convert 2D and 3D models from different formats including hand drawn sketches, samples and other CAD software \xe2\x97\x8fAbility to work within tight deadlines \xe2\x97\x8fHighly motivated, proactive, hands on approach and attitude \xe2\x97\x8fPossess the willingness to learn, improve and adapt \xe2\x97\x8fHaving experience in multiple practical projects (design, build and operate) or electrical/electronic/solar workshops during Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Master\xe2\x80\x99s is advantageous. Responsible for: \xe2\x97\x8fPerforming site survey \xe2\x97\x8fDocumentation in all aspects of the project (finance, design, drawing, quality control and handover) \xe2\x97\x8fScheduling and managing material supply and labor \xe2\x97\x8fQuality and control checks to ensure the project adheres to company\'s quality standards. \xe2\x97\x8fEnsuring Safety measures and standards are conforming to norms \xe2\x97\x8fEnsuring nesting is as economical as possible to ensure minimum wastage Mandatory Pre-requisites: \xe2\x97\x8fProficient in English - Reading, writing and speaking \xe2\x97\x8fSpeaking Proficiency - Hindi and Kannada \xe2\x97\x8fBachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in any of the field - Renewable, Electrical/Electronics \xe2\x97\x8fSkilled in using Google Sheets, Slides and Docs \xe2\x97\x8fOwning a 2 wheeler is a must. \xe2\x97\x8fAbility to work extended hours or flexible hours as per site compulsion Remuneration: 20k - 25k per month. Higher salary can be considered depending on experience and competence Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb920,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb925,000.00 per month Schedule:
