The opportunity Project: It is a mixed-use development consisting of store, office, retail zone and 4 levels of car parking. Total built-up area - 3.4 million sq ft basements - 4 levels of basements for car parking store - 4 levels of store with warehouse retail and cinema - GF+5 floors of retail zone office - 7 levels of dedicated office. We are looking to appoint a project director who can lead a large project management consultancy team on behalf of a major global client. The team is addressing 2 mixed-use development projects with a significant focus on cost, quality and sustainability. Our role on the project includes multiple stages contract through design management, procurement of contractors and on site delivery where we drive quality, safety and value for the client. Your responsibilities will include: Reporting to the regional director, responsible for the strategy and delivery of a major project. Working in a client facing role, responsible for developing the clients' strategy, through to managing the appointment of the extended professional team of local and international consultants and contractors. Developing the client's brief, delivery strategy and directing the design management, procurement and execution of the scheme. Establishing and managing a high performing team that strives for quality, safety, cost and schedule improvements at every opportunity with all delivery partners, challenging and seeking to improve the project deliverables. Overseeing that the highest standards of health and safety are considered as a priority through all stages of the project. The successful applicant will need to have experience in coordinating and managing multiple stakeholders and demonstrate the ability to build robust, long term relationships and integrated teams. About you You have a degree qualification and a member of a professional institute. You have local project experience and international project delivery experience would be beneficial. You will have experiences in retail, hotel, hospitality and commercial projects. You are digitally savvy and can build lasting client relationships and lead a strong, motivated teams.
