Project Director - GOA - Luxury Residential Projects

Age Criteria : 40 to 50 years max

Job Summary :

- The role will be responsible for driving and owning the entire project life cycle from land acquisition, design, construction, and project costs. Incumbent will be expected to support the head of operations in running the project operations on a day-to-day basis. Including managing teams, running reviews, driving targets, and complete ownership for delivery of projects.

- A proven leader who can get the design and constructions team together. Should be comfortable to dive into project details with the team, and zooming out to design the processes and systems that will help the business to scale up.

Qualifications and Experience :

- 15 years of project / construction management experience in hospitality, turnkey or setting up retail outlets

- 5-8 years of experience in a similar profile

- Managed large, diverse, and virtual teams

- Background in production, operation, and supply chain management from greenfield to execution

- Experience in working and driving cross functional teams

- Should have worked in fast paced organizations

- Team building, management and review

- System and process-driven

- Data analysis and problem solving

Key Responsibilities :

- Effective development and implementation of a Business Strategy

- Build and lead strategy and execution across design, pre-construction, construction, project management and procurement

- Handle escalations and remove project roadblocks by weighing key stakeholder inputs

- Work with the Head of Operations to identify the initiatives / tasks of strategic importance and operational improvement that need to be pursued

- Lead, cascade and communicate the strategy into operational units and the cross teams.

- Identify and align appropriate resources

- Support feasibility studies to new geographies

- Manage high level business partnerships

- Demonstrate awareness of organization's operations and client needs

- Strong Management & Leadership skills, managed a team both inhouse & site

- Successfully delivered reputed residential Luxury projects

- Complete knowledge on real estate & construction processes.

- Oversee financial budgets, good communication skills.

- Responsible for the successful management of the entire project.

- Ensure each phase of the Project completes on time within budgets

- Provides technical expertise. Accountability skills.

- End to End Project coordination.

- Take full responsibility for performance management of all direct reports
