: Internal Title - Business Administration Professional External Title - Manager - Finance Roles & Responsibilities 1. To provide Business Finance operation support to the Region with responsibility to implement robust systems and processes to ensure seamless Contract Execution inline with customer commitments to achieve optimum Cycle time, Risk assessment & mitigation at execution stage. Revenue forecasting accuracy ( Backlog), cycle time improvement and enabling DSO improvement. 2. Responsibility to validate the Order in terms of cost planning, deviation approvals, completeness in documentation with respect to Terms & Conditions agreed in Offer / Tender / PO / Agreement. 3. Booking of Sale Order in SAP, ensuring cost planning in line with guidance price / Cost sheet in PS module. 4. To preside on the Kick off meeting to ensure recording of Risk & Opportunity of the Order in booking stage. 5. Co-ordinate the application and issuance of BG & LC, wherever applicable. 6. Ensure effective co-ordination with stakeholders for Payment security / Approvals for Commercial clearance. 7. Ensure effective co-ordination with stakeholders for seamless Execution of the project inline with the contractual commitments. Participate in project team meetings, continuous assessment of Risk & Mitigations, Opportunity & Claims to ensure accuracy of Actuals and Estimate to complete. 8. Presentation of periodic Project review dash board representing Project Financials, Rolling over gap analysis, evaluation and estimates of change in requirements/scope with respect to the cost/project plan, contract margin and cash profile. 9. In time submission of Invoice along with support documents, to CCCM / Bank for smooth collection of balance payment against Bank DO / LC. 10. Cycle Time improvement from L100 - L650 (Project planning to handover). 11. To provide weekly Revenue forecast for the Region. 12. Responsible for escalation management and issue resolution with functions like Sales, Regional Contract Manager, Sourcing, Project management, Service etc to ensure smooth execution of Projects. 13. Ensure adherence with internal Guidelines, Policies / Regulatory and maintain a uniform process adherence. Experience & Other Skills 1. CA/ICWA with 3-4 years of experience OR CA Inter / ICWA Inter having around 7 to 10 years of overall experience and 3 to 4 years in project controlling. 2. Proficient with IGAAP, IFRS, Revenue Accounting. 3. Knowledge of contract management & agreement are mandatory 4. Good working knowledge in MS Excel, PowerPoint and SAP would be preferred Organization: Siemens Healthineers Company: Siemens Healthcare Private Limited Experience Level: Experienced Professional Full / Part time: Full-time
