r Roles and Responsibilities
r Responsible for Inventory and Logistic/Supply Chain Support Management for the circle, Inventory
r control and vehicle routing analysis & management, Transporter Invoice checking & proposed debit
r for any shortage, Vendor Selection as per company norms & standard criteria, Responsible for Ware
r House, DSC. Service Providers stock and their operational performances, Forward and Reverse
r logistic management, Quarterly Stock Reconciliation of Ware House & DSC and give final resolution
r to recover, Monitor variances and prepare reports for findings, Billing, Delivery and timely
r dispatching of materials including Purchase booking (MIGO/MIRO), To ensure segregation of finished
r and defective stock and timely dispatch of defective to RV, Accounts Payable(Creditors a/c), All
r employee & Vendor Bill Processing, Payments, Service Franchisees Invoices, Claims and MIS
r processing, Advances & Dues Reconciliation for Vendors, Clients and Employees as per company
r policies, Accounts Receivables (Debtors a/c) and Credit Control of Trade, Scheme Budget & Payout
r Working, Processing and Tracking (Debit /Credit notes) according to Company Policies, GST ITC04
r working, Handle VAT/GST Assessment and major commercial activities, Trade Legal Query Solution,
r Prepare Bank Reconciliation (CMS & Imprest), Manage accounting team and facilitate their
r professional development Supervision of team, review and reporting of their performance
r dashboard in terms of TAT, SLA & accounting hygiene. Manage daily cash flow and prepare monthly
r cash flow projections, Coordination / liaising with internal and statutory audits and ensuring timely
r closure and minimum observations, Keep tracking of Circle expense provision, budget and managed
r it within limit, Handled the tasks of reviewing payment terms and agreements of DSC/ Circle Office,
