Position- Project Architect / Project Head No. of openings-1 Experience- 5+ years Qualifications- B.Arch / M.Arch Salary- 75K to 1 Lac per month (as per experience) Probation Period- 3 months Job Location- Greater Kailash, New Delhi- 110048 Working days- Monday - Saturday (2nd and 4th Saturdays are off) Office Timings- 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM Requirements :- Experience: In-depth experience in Large scale Institutional , Commercial and Residential Projects . Overseeing apporval drawings,BOQs,construction sets / GFCs, services and interiors Project Management: Experience in overseeing a minimum of 2-3 projects from concept to completion (Mandatory). Team Management: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage small teams effectively Coordination: Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders including consultants , vendors , and site teams Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion Work Ethic: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
