Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Architect located in Delhi, India. The Project Architect will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design, planning, and construction of medium to large scale projects. The Project Architect will ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within budget, and in accordance with design and contract specifications. The Project Architect will also communicate with clients, consultants, and contractors to coordinate efforts and ensure compliance with project requirements. Qualifications Architecture and Project Management skills Experience with Submittals and Building Information Modeling (BIM is a plus) Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with clients, consultants, and contractors Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Architecture or related field Experience working on medium to large scale projects
