Key Responsibilities
The Senior Manager of Digital workplace (End-user computing) Program Management is responsible for driving consensus between various IT leaders and facilitate the successful execution of program\'s Vision and Goals into reality. He/she will identify partners and establish effective governance with the IT Leaders and senior program leadership. He/she will act as the dedicated program manager from Technology Enablement office for EUC programs.
Additional responsibilities include:

• Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, budget, and timing for new initiatives
• Manage program and project teams for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives and identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors
• Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department. Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders
• Subject matter expertise in enterprise EUC (DT/LT, OS, VDI, UC, etc) with the ability to demonstrate understanding of the role EUC plays in supporting the business
• Experience with strategic EUC initiatives, for example remote and hybrid work, bring your own device (BYOD), and Unified Communication, etc.
• Insights on enterprise EUC technology trends, such as end user experience, automation, device management, and how DW teams are working with other business functions, such as HR, to enhance the overall employee experience
• Responsible for impactful program delivery and oversight along with partners

Mandatory Capabilities/Skills /Years of Experience

• MBA or master\'s degree strongly preferred
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in EUC strategy, operations, consulting, stakeholder management, project / program delivery within digital transformations
• Broader program management experience with ability to navigate Heritage, Hybrid and Agile methodologies. Knowledge of digital ecosystem and digital skills
• Significant experience leading sophisticated transformations or programs that span functions, departments, and enterprise

• Articulate sophisticated information and business insights into meaningful action items and problem-solving decisions for senior leaders
