What you get to do in this role:

• Identify, evaluate , qualify, sign and develop partnerships with Government skilling organizations at national and regional level
• Drive adoption of ServiceNow training and certification programs across the country
• Align ServiceNow content to the skills framework by working with policy makers and regulatory bodies, thereby driving adoption of ServiceNow training and certification programs contributing to Government skilling initiatives and programs \xe2\x80\x93 State and Central
• Develop strategic alliances and own relationships with various stakeholders that includes Universities / colleges and Training partners
• Achieve onboarding of learners, own course enrolment, course completion & certification targets
• Create success stories and testimonials of successful skilling programs conducted in partnership with Government skilling organizations
• Encourage participation in job fairs, government schemes, contributing trained and certified ServiceNow talent to the market,
• Facilitate meaningful connections, organizing networking events, student webinars / workshops, launch outreach programs to communicate the value proposition of ServiceNow training and certification programs and contribute to the larger skilling agenda

Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:

• • 4+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a program or business management position
• Strong partnerships background along with Project management mindset, a passion for detail, exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively work with senior Government officials
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage smooth relationship with multiple stakeholders, with ability to influence and showcase value of ServiceNow programs
• • Experience working across a range of cultures and working with global programs with high level of flexibility and dependability.
  • Experience working with Government organizations/ regulatory bodies/ policy makers would be an asset.
