Position Summary: We are currently seeking a Marketing Program Specialist responsible for managing Events, On-ground activities enablement & marketing operations to join our India Marketing team. Role Description:

• Assist in supporting planning of conferences, driving webinars & customer event (trade shows, seminars, workshops)
• Work on local SME/ CoE related initiatives, VOC / Testimonials etc.
• Vendor management for events financial compliance for vendor onboarding, PO, payments
• Receive various requests from stakeholders for events, seek clarity on scope, line-up discussions calls with organizing entity.
• Maintain events calendar.
• Ensure consistency in branding & communication on ground
• Work on getting events & related assets approved locally in alignment with legal & regulatory guidelines (for multiple regions
• Inventory Management of collaterals
• Build a brand repository for events (Standees, Ads, Booth, etc.)
• Manage Consent process, forms etc. post event & ensure update of database on Marketo via Digital lead.
• All information from events from into SFDC for tracking ROMI
• Support for Account Based marketing efforts.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate events, negotiate with stakeholders. Align with cross opco for integrated engagement and value.
• Coordination execution of events (digital, on-ground, sponsored)
• Build & maintain local repositories for events etc.
• Legal & regulatory guidelines approval (for multiple regions)
• Coordination for VOC/ Testimonials
• Manage a pool of local vendors, registration & finance process
• Support Account Based marketing efforts for events

Qualifications:

• Masters in marketing with 5-6years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in healthcare or life sciences
• Excellent communication skills with English as a language are must.
• Should have worked in a metrics driven environment.
• Self-starter and self-motivated
• Needs to be very good with MS office (Excel/Power-point) & basics of Adobe.
• Problem Solving Skills
• Ability to plan and organize work.
• Good communication skills, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to operate as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
