Position Summary: We are currently seeking a Marketing Program Lead/ Specialist (Digital) -responsible for managing our company and product communication across various digital platforms (organically and inorganically)and campaign analysis to join our India Marketing team. Role Description: Collaborate with the global marketing team and leverage assets to deploy campaigns across multiple channels. Role involves working with content and database to develop and deploy relevant promotional and lead generation campaigns. The role would entail creating, maintaining, and presenting metrics on marketing- digital and on-ground- deployment activities Track spend analysis on ads campaigns to gauge effectiveness and business impact. Analyze campaign metrics to enhance marketing ROI based on industry best practices. Track traffic from across channels and maintain consent management to acquire new customer database and generate incremental & total funnel/bookings for the company. Handle deployment on third party channels or platforms such as online market places, content syndication, social media etc. Reaching out to customers from designated geographies and generate sales ready leads for the company. Primary Responsibilities: Campaign Deployment: Achieve total funnel and bookings target from customers/prospects by generating leads from campaign deployment across internal + external channels (Marketo, LinkedIn, YouTube, 3rd Party Channels, etc) Should have worked on Pay Per Click campaigns and understand on page and off page SEO tactics. Working knowledge and experience of SEO tools such as SEMRush, Google adwords, etc. Work closely on graphic designing to get visual collaterals for different platforms Campaign Analysis: Analyse campaign metrics to enhance marketing ROI based on industry best practices. Database Segmentation: Account Mapping and customer profile enrichment -Add contacts to accounts with 100% contact profile depth Operational Files and Communication: Regularly maintaining and tracking operational files. Liaising with internal and external teams. Support for Account Based marketing efforts He / She will be given detailed product training, & Training on the tools used for the digital marketing initiatives Coordinate Localization of content across markets (Turkish, French) Development of quarterly Newsletter Qualifications: Master\'s in marketing with 6-8 years\' experience Excellent communication skills with English as a language are must Should have worked in a metrics driven environment Self-starter and self-motivated Needs to be very good with MS office (Excel/Power-point) Familiarity with Google Adwords - PPCs, social media campaigns - LinkedIn, FB, etc and with Marketing tools like Marketo, SFDC, etc Google Analytics Certification is a plus Experience with working on Ad budgets of 5000 USD and above in B2B space Problem Solving Skills Ability to plan and organize work Good communication skills, both verbally and in writing Ability to operate as a member of a multidisciplinary team Experience & understanding in healthcare/ Life Science would be an advantage When you join us, you\'ll also be joining Danaher\'s global organization, where 69,000 people wake up every day determined to help our customers win.
