About The Job:

• Program Manager to design, support and Coordinate end-to-end webinars, including speaker identification, newsletter creation, and driving participation through cross-team collaboration.
• Work with the regional and global team to identify, prioritize, develop, and execute successful enablement plans, content, and programs..
• A strong ability to drive, collaborate, and manage a wide range of education and enablement initiatives is a must.
• This person will be capable of working in a fast-paced environment and will be passionate about enabling others.
• They will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to work independently.
• Coordinate end-to-end webinars, including speaker identification, newsletter creation, and driving participation through cross-team collaboration
• Take part in the organization and delivery of virtual and on-demand enablement.
• Co-create and maintain a local training calendar
• Work with the team to identify, prioritize, develop, and execute successful enablement plans, content, and programs
• Develop programs that always think about Partners and how they can be enabled to be an extension of our team
• Identify gaps in knowledge and processes - and work with the internal and external teams to ensure rapid deployment of training and tools needed to address those gaps
• Build new programs/ run existing ones to drive credentials from expiry
• Engage regularly with the team to monitor the enablement process, new requirements, and future goals
• Build comprehensive knowledge of Partner training programs, Training & Certification offerings, course roadmap, funding programs, Partner programs, and course objective/overview to design & coordinate programs effectively
• Establish steady cadences of learning and work to eliminate \xe2\x80\x9crandom acts of enablement\xe2\x80\x9d
• Produce metrics reporting \xe2\x80\x93 and provide insight and impact of initiatives
