Planning & execution of operation excellence strategies / initiatives thru facilitation & support towards continual improvementsin various manufacturing indices.
Key Responsibilities
- Establishing framework for capturing losses &eradication of the same to improve asset utilization.
- Coordinating best practices like 3S activities& various manufacturing indices thru facilitation & support to all deptts for achieving operation objectives .
- Directing TPM activities in the plant & ensuring it\'s implementation as per road map / TPM deployment yearly plan .
- Facilitation to operation team for any improvement / visual infrastructure ( 2S,TPM& JIT ) related requirements .
- Establishing improvement culture by selecting Kaizen theme & solving thru structured problem solving approach to educate & bring awareness about correct methodology.
