Role

Support Project lead in introduce New product, Upgrade & Refresh for respective customer segment/product platform in achieving customer delight and project QCT targets.

Focus on new initiatives for achieving Speed to market, First time right quality and EBITDA at every gate Represent R&D Function at organisation level CFT.

A purpose driven role for you

Purpose of role is Project planning, monitoring and controlling of all product and process development relating issues of projects (including product planning, R&D, Production, Supplier Sourcing, Quality, and sales & marketing) from initial phase up to SOP - either internal or external projects.

A Day in the life

As a \'Program Manager\' you will drive multiple portfolios, working cross-functionally with COC leads, designers, dsevelopment team, GPP, marketing, legal and external partners across organizations to guarantee a smooth and efficient product delivery.

- Monitors and tracks complex programs effectively by providing periodic updates to technical, non-technical teams and Sr.Management

Academic Qualification & Experience

Bachelor in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical/Electronics)

Experince between 6-8 years in New Product Development and Project Management / Vehicle integration

Technical Skills/Knowledge

Knowledge of New Product Development (NPD/NPI) Process including DFMEA, DFA, DFM, DFS, VAVE, New product development- Key exposure to Vehicle integration, Layout and packaging, Chassis or body design development, Component, Product level testing

Behavioural Skills

People interpersonal skills, Good communication skills, Project management skills- Planning, Monitoring and control, Management Reporting, Conflict and Risk management
