The Chief Administrative Office Portfolio Management Organization (CAO PMO) supports CAO businesses in the successful execution of initiatives that support the delivery of their strategic goals and objectives. This includes governance and standards; portfolio, program and project management; tracking and reporting of all projects under governance; providing program and project management resources to support to our CAO businesses and supporting user adoption through engagement, training and communications.

We are seeking a Business Analyst/ Project Analyst Support to join our team to help drive the CAO portfolio of work. This position will be based in Mumbai, India.

The portfolio includes initiatives that support new or changed business models, services or products supporting the goals and objectives of the Firm and businesses:

  • Firm-wide, cross-business and cross-regional initiatives
  • Corporate Services (Amenity Services (Food, Dining, Catering, Client Centers, Conference Centers, Lobbies); Global Business Document Services (Print, Mail, Shredding, Storage, Digitization); Corporate Insurance; Global Supplier Services (Third Party Oversight, Inter-Affiliate Services, Sourcing and Procurement, Payment Operations); and Global Supplier Diversity.
  • Global Real Estate (Facility Management, Design and Construction, HQ3, Client and Regional Management; GRE Operations; and GRE Portfolio Management).
  • Global Security - Crisis Management; Regional Global Security; Investigation Management; Technology and Operations Security
The CAO PMO team partners with our CAO businesses, Technology, Corporate Finance and FBMs, Lines of Business, Controllers, Corporate Communications, Controls, Legal, HR and other businesses as needed.

:
  • Support CAO PMO Managers with project and portfolio day to day Project Management activities.
  • Conduct and record business process mapping (current vs. target state) of processes, systems/ applications, controls and documents, conduct gap analysis and summarize findings.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable solutions.
  • Lead and/ or participate in requirements gathering sessions to capture business/ functional requirements, business rules and controls.
  • Track and manage all open actions/ issues/ queries to completion - updating project plans diligently.
  • Lead/ support test management - including creation of test strategies, test execution plans, test scripting, test execution tracking, defect management and test execution summary reporting.
  • Track post implementation issues to closure.
  • Be responsible for creation of project documents and archive them for assigned projects.
  • Participate in project meetings and own drafting of meeting minutes and action items; following them up for closure.
  • Archival of project documentation on SharePoint (i.e. business requirements, solution gap documents, test strategy, change request trackers, and issues log, project related emails, meeting notes, etc.)
  • Ability to work on large amounts of data for reporting and strategic decision making.
  • Define project metrics and measurements and ensure data quality and consistency.
  • Lead small projects for CAO PMO - project lifecycle.
  • Assist in developing CAO-wide standards through business process mapping and gap analysis
Qualifications/ Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree required (B.com preferred) & Work experience of 2 - 8 Years
  • Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy, with ability to extrapolate and summarize key information, as needed.
  • Experienced in leading or supporting/ participating in projects and business process mapping.
  • Agile or Waterfall project management experience (preferred)
  • Basic to intermediate level experience in MS Office Professional Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Knowledge of SharePoint and ALM preferred; knowledge of Visio, ServiceNow and Jira desired.
  • Team player - always ready to get into the details and drive actions to closure. Also, be able to lead and influence conversations with all parties.
  • You are able to quickly pick up subject matter and retain information on multiple initiatives/ projects running at the same time.
  • You are highly motivated, know when to escalate, and communicate well.
  • Adept at handling queries, report writing and presenting findings.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable in response to changing demand.
