Operations Manager (Planning and Execution) Location: Kolkata Position Type : Full-time Key Responsibilities Establish Partnerships: Identify and maintain on-ground institution partnerships for collaboration and project implementation Strategic Planning: Develop and maintain a comprehensive strategic plan for on-ground projects, ensuring alignment with the timelines and objectives. Team Leadership: Manage a team of on-ground personnel, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure project goals are met. Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate field resources, including personnel, equipment, and logistics, to ensure successful implementation. Risk Identification: Identify potential challenges and obstacles, and develop mitigation plans to minimize disruptions to project execution. Continuous Improvement: Implement best practices and process improvements Communication: Facilitate effective communication within the team, with the field workers, stakeholders, and across the organization to ensure everyone is informed and aligned. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Development Studies, Social Studies or Management). Years of experience in planning or management roles involving field work Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
