What you will learn and contribute, As a Program Manager, you will shape the future of performance and optimization services in the 5G and beyond era. You will:

  • Interface with market teams (GBC & OD) to evaluate optimization and performance assurance use case requirements for automation and digitalization solutions
  • Use consultative approach towards markets, linking the customer requirements to use case and feature definition
  • Primarily focus on design, architecture, documentation, and development of scalable data models in operational intelligence services offering domain
  • Write requirements, specification, and other guiding documentation for R&D from product / program / system point of view
  • Performs ad hoc analytical tasks to support architects, service portfolio leaders and the introduction of new analytical models
  • Handles crude data using the latest technologies and techniques, can perform the necessary analysis, and can present the acquired knowledge to associates in an informative way
  • Works closely and collaboratively with data access and reporting teams, data curators, business analysts, subject matter experts and other stakeholders to implement modern data architectures of the highest quality
  • Identification and prioritisation of data quality issues and alignment with business change projects and BAU Key Performance Indicators (KPI) reporting
  • Share the learning from customer cases to bring organizational knowledge, which can be utilized for our competitive advantage
  • Uses a wide range of knowledge management methods to share knowledge with wider audience in the organization
  • Independently carries out the duties in a proactive, result oriented, and prioritized manner

Your skills and experience:
  • Bachelor´s degree or equivalent experience required
  • Recognised expert in data engineering field (depth & breadth)
  • At least 8 years of telecom experience with a minimum of 3 years in data management
  • Solid understanding of Network Planning and Optimization service landscape
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies and evolving architectures
  • Experience in leading strategic service product and automation tools initiatives, influencing, and aligning stakeholders to a strategic vision and execution plan
  • Broad and ambitious thinker in driving value and automation for our customers
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, organization, and project management skills
  • Successful Track record in collaborating with and influencing cross functional teams towards an aligned strategic direction and execution
