Purpose of the position The primary responsibility of the ACP (Associate Consultant Programme) Manager is to generate commercial revenue through the expansion and retention of the ACP Program in IMETA. The role requires arbitrating, establishing and managing long-lasting relationships with the ACP members. This involves day-to-day management and administration of the Associate Consultant Programme to maximise the revenue potential for BSI from this channel. This includes ensuring compliance with all ACP activities and maximising the programme\'s effectiveness within the regulations imposed by Compliance and Risk. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities Drive growth Proactively network with ACP Members (Consultants) to maintain a strong business relationship and provide a point of contact for the Associate Consultant Programme. Track and measure all sales and revenue generated by ACP to all BSI business streams Record and support ACP applications Identify opportunities to maximise business development through the ACP channel. Identify, plan, and organise events/exhibitions/conferences & webinars Manage inbound leads from the ACP and other areas of the partnerships channel to develop a solid pipeline for the sales team. Manage the ACP email inbox responding to enquiries within the agreed time frame. Understand the BSI sales process. Liaise with marketing to maximise the ACP channel\'s effectiveness. Collaborate effectively with the Digital Marketing colleagues in maintaining BSI\'s ACP web pages in addition to developing and executing digital activities to attract ACP members using email, paid search, social media Use relevant sales and marketing collateral to illustrate how a range of BSI products meet a range of customer needs and ensure these are communicated to ACP Members and available for them to use. Product Knowledge Remain up to date with developments in the standards industry and be able to explain the standards development process to customers. Able to apply product features and benefits to prospects\' needs. Able to apply knowledge of competitors to explain the full business advantages of BSI products. Comfortably articulate BSI\'s Strategy Knowledge / Skills / Abilities BA/BS in Marketing, Communication or a similar relevant field Minimum 7 years total work experience. Previous working experience or similar field as a Program/ Partnerships Manager for 3- 5 years Knowledgeable in principles, practices and techniques of commercial and marketing strategies Business management skills A commercial approach proven to deliver financial goals and targets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as good interpersonal skills. Entrepreneurial relationship and business development skills. Ability to successfully engage with consultants to promote the ACP Programme in the best light Excellent presentation skills to all sizes of audience Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated and adaptable to be able to work with minimal supervision.
