Education: B.T/B.Tech or equivalent Experience: 8+ years

• 
  Strong Technical background in Project Delivery
• Good Business understanding.
• At senior leadership level, person should get to a closer view of problems and interaction with the teams
• Identifying new opportunities of revenue generation within existing account and work with external and internal stakeholders to expand business.

• Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance.

• Strong stake holder\xe2\x80\x99s management experience
• Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services
• Analysis overall risk related to program/account
• Fixed Bid Program Management and Global Program Deliveries will be an added advantage
• Should have good experience on handling multiple teams and project management
• Tower domain knowledge preferred

• 
  Experience in Delivery and Program Management in client facing role. Own and Responsible for end to end development of the projects/programs assigned
• A strong commitment to delivery within cost, schedule and quality parameters
• Running effective customer status tracking, program status presentation & reviews
• Ensure the right team structure, excellent track record in Work Planning & Team management.
• Excellent organizational, planning and prioritization skills
• Asset Planning and Mobilization - Hardware, Software and People
• Highlight cost and schedule overruns in relevant meetings
• Work across multiple Customer and development teams offshore, onshore and Client Program Management teams and track and report project deliverables closely.
• Relationship management skills - ability to develop and sustain positive partnerships with Customer and Internal Leadership and be a strong leader
• Experience in Telecom and Tower domain is preferred but not mandatory
