The Role: Program Manager

The Team: You will be part of the Business Operations team working collaboratively with the senior leadership and people partners.
As a key member of the Operations team, you'll work closely with key stakeholders at the enterprise level, making you the focal point of contact for all operational matters for the projects you manage.

You will also partner with internal specialists and external vendors to provide direction, advice and counsel on business, talent and culture issues that are critical to the Commodity Insights strategy.

Responsibilities: The person will be responsible for the co-ordination of a number of key biz. projects across the CI Division, the most critical being articulation of a joined-up location strategy for the longer term for S&P Commodity Insights.
  • The role will involve the smooth running of the program as well as working in partnership with other members of the project team to build the project plan, keep track of the timeline and key milestones and also have ownership of the delivery specific elements.
  • Lead 'domain de-construct' exercise to review and assess possible movement of certain work profiles to offshore locations
  • Communicate program updates to all relevant parties using a variety of communication channels and tactics
  • Measure success/track progress across projects and gain alignment from relevant stakeholders
  • Participate in both divisional and enterprise biz. initiatives and projects, as needed, in order to achieve desired organizational or strategic results.
  • Other project involvement will be linked to both the CI culture and integration program as well as the overall people strategy and plan for the division.

Technical skills:
  • Program management experience, including defining program roadmaps and phases for large-scale change, working with business stakeholders to plan and execute effectively
  • Analytical and reporting capabilities (Microsoft Office Suite: * Excel and PowerPoint). Excellent power-point and xls skills and ability to present and communicate effectively.
