Roles and Responsibilities

• Understand the implications and imperatives from the Regulatory changes for Business growth in India & Globally

Own theFactoring, ReverseFactoring, TReDS and Trade product offerings and develop solutions for Organization\xe2\x80\x99s growth in B2B business Lead Tata Capital\xe2\x80\x99s foray in this space as a market leader Deal with internal and external stakeholders for BD, Processes, compliance, Tie ups etc Work cross-functionally to ensure end-to-end Product Development Strategy, Execution of Term Sheets, Generation of Strategic Business Models, etc. Explore and Build Tie ups with emerging fintechs in the space, existing and prospective partners to identify strategic partnership, product development Improvise the UX UI of the platform in terms of Process Optimization & Integration etc. Identify the Target Corporates (other than Tata Companies) and approach for comprehensive Early Pay Solutions Monitor existing initiatives and suggest improvements continuously
