Responsibilities:

Core Activities

1) Drive common best practices of project execution along with Engineering, ICT and Vendors & Customer

2) Prepare submittals as per standards, ensuring commitment dates are met. Review submittals with SSC, Sales, Project teams and lead engineering team to obtain for on time approval.

3) Suggest cost effective solutions to improve project GM.

4) Lead trouble free technical project management.

5) Assist during MOS, eCAP approval & Proposal reviews.

6) Assess customer site for design and installation requirements for complex and integrated system.

7) Lead effective resolution for technical issues & on time project handover.

8) Define scope of the project. Plan / manage technical resource requirements, allocate appropriate resources to projects / Engineers to achieve capacity management and financial goals.

9) Develop change and control strategies that enable Engineers to rapidly adhere to core processes & tool utilization.

10) Commercial and customer management

11) Ensure to Drive the Business KPI\'s such as Revenue, Profit and Growth

12) Highest level of Stakeholder Management internal as well as external

13) Ensure efficient claim management and Risk management

Qualifications:

1) BE/ B.Tech + MBA/ PGDM Or ME/M.Tech in Electrical Engineering/ Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering/ Instrumentation Engineering

2) Min 12+ years of work experience in handling IT/ ICT/ Surveillance/ Networking Large a projects with extensive on-site knowledge. PMP/PRINCE 2 Preferred. Candidate with Smart City/ Safe City project experience background is most preferred.

3) Advanced knowledge of networking, database technology, integration protocols, and current trends in the industry.

4) Previous experience working with Safe/ Smart City highly complex Projects

5) Proven track record in a project design and engineering capacity involved in the delivery of technology based projects.

6) Previous exposure to a site base, construction environment.
