Minimum qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 10 years of experience in program or project management and identifying process improvements, orienting teams to Agile methodologies. Experience in cross-functional collaboration, cross-functional agility, customer success metrics, and metrics management. Preferred qualifications: Experience with Python or SQL. Hardware or systems background and knowledge on how technology changes influence our ability to grow. Solid knowledge of the tools and elements of project management. Ability to self-initiate and maintain ownership for the end-to-end project lifecycle. Ability to use project management techniques to drive physical or development tasks to completion. Responsibilities Manage complexity, cost, and risk in partnership with cross-functional stakeholder teams across Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Manage hardware lifecycle for machines in both Google Data Centers as well as Co-location facilities. Inform outlook and requirements for the Cloud Capacity Management (CCM) team by juggling responsibilities and creating a future road map for programs around data center capacity management including building the necessary key performance indicators to track, manage and report status and progress. Prioritize and manage capacity to ensure external customers can scale by ensuring machines are available in the right place at the right time.Maintain ownership around the health of these zones and the ability to communicate/report in the form of weekly business reviews to leadership teams. Maintain stewardship of regional health of Google Cloud\'s availability zones.
