We are hiring Program Manager for a reputed System Integration company based in Bangalore.

• Designation: Program Manager
• Location: Bangalore
• Department: Projects & Technical
• Package (In Annual CTC): Salary is not a constraint for right candidate, it would be as per the Industry Standards.
• Experience Required: 10-12 years of experience in the similar job profile in the Electronic Security Systems Integrated Industry
• Education / Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science or equivalent degree.

Technical Capabilities / Skills required:

• The candidate should have managed / executed the projects with \xe2\x80\x98Genetec\xe2\x80\x99,\xe2\x80\x98Milestone\xe2\x80\x99, \xe2\x80\x98C-Cure\xe2\x80\x99, \xe2\x80\x98Honeywell\xe2\x80\x99 and \xe2\x80\x98Bosch\xe2\x80\x99 technologies.
• Good and sufficient knowledge on any one of the technology or multiple technology is considerable.
• Should Lead and Manage the Specialised and Critical Projects
• Logical thinking capabilities.
• Should have managed a project individually and a team of small to medium.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills and should maintain good
• relationship with all stakeholders and customers.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Should have managed the projects of \xe2\x80\x98Genetec\xe2\x80\x99, \xe2\x80\x98Milestone\xe2\x80\x99, \xe2\x80\x98C-Cure\xe2\x80\x99, \xe2\x80\x98Honeywell\xe2\x80\x99 and \xe2\x80\x98Bosch\xe2\x80\x99 technologies and understanding of these technologies.
• Lead the project allotted to the total satisfaction of the client.
• Planning all project documents, including monitoring the scope of work and ensuring the subcontractors or application development team is delivering their part of the work.
• Manage the schedules of the project and ensure the timelines are met.
• Ensure the project is executed by following the best practices and controlling and monitoring them effectively.
• To be a key contact to the customer and manage all escalations.
• Build and manage strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
• To have the capability to present to the customer about the project and explain the challenges, if any.
