THE OPPORTUNITY MiQ is looking for a Program Manager to manage multiple business initiatives by closing working with Product team that builds our proprietary platform AiQ. AiQ is a Cloud only Microservice based platform that handles our real time and API based integrations with our buying platforms as well encompasses our front-end business operation products such as our campaign management, optimization and visualization products. Our team is constantly building more such new products, platforms and systems for internal and external business consumption. You will have the opportunity to plan and execute different business initiatives/projects to deliver on the business objectives and goals designed for. You will be working with multiple stakeholders to plan the execution and have a communication and governance structure in place to ensure all the stakeholders are on the same page. Have a simple, effective progress report for the business leaders and design the metrics to showcase the progress on the initiatives. Your key stakeholders would include the Business teams, Product and Technical leads of various products, Analysts and leadership of MiQ. You will be supported by your peers and experts across many fields who will help you succeed.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Device, plan and execute on Program Management frameworks contextual to
the business objectives / initiatives that MiQ is coming up with.
  • Tailor generic Program Management frameworks to needs of MiQ initiatives and
establish the right methods of working as each business initiative might need a different approach of execution.
  • Program Management for business objectives working closely with for high
performance technology teams who follow agile methodologies.
  • Driver of best practices through monitoring for Program
  • Design metrics / goals and right measurements for showcasing the progress and
variances of meeting the goals.
  • Have the ability to identify and call out risks / issues and design the mitigation
approaches and alternate solutions. Have the corrective measures in place.
  • Coordinating the projects and their interdependencies
  • Own and drive continuous improvements and health checks in the program
delivery (milestone based or lifecycle based and implement the course corrections and readjustments as needed)
  • Tracking change control procedures
  • Capacity planning, managing and utilizing resources across projects
  • Escalating when there are no time bound resolution to issues withalternate approaches
  • Strong exposure in collecting improvement metrics, monitoringmetrics and current status metrics

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
  • 10+ years? experience in developing products and at least 3 years of Business
Program Management working with High Performing Teams having inter dependencies
  • Experience of having been able to execute at least 2 annual business
objectives for an organization or a vertical in concurrently.
  • Scheduling and Risk management in delivery of releases/initiatives.
  • Prior experience of having worked in a Product Delivery will be helpful.
  • Experience with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure or GCP.
  • Prior experience with Micro services based architectures is a plus.
  • Skilled in Agile Project / Program Management.

  • Strong communication, influence, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate smoothly across multiple functions spread across multiple
geographies.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Ability to call out the risk and issues on time and address them with teams or via
the escalation mechanism put in place.
  • Experience working on JIRA
  • Reporting on the entire program to business and technology leaders on
weekly/monthly basis
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload
  • Stay up to date with the latest best practices
