As a Program Manager, you will be: Responsible for daily management through the life cycle of the program and Coordinate efforts between projects Planning the program, ensuring maximum efficiency in resource allocation across projects and monitor progress to ensure They define the program controls, or the processes, procedures, reporting, program governance They plan the overall program and monitor progress to ensure program governance that milestones are being met across various projects and programs.
