Job Description


We have an exciting opportunity in Data & Analytics Transformation, for an experienced Program Manager, reporting into the Programme Director for Lead to Cash (L2C) Transformation, responsible for planning and execution of critical Ecommerce Sales and Service Digitisation projects. The role will work with the business and be expected to engage at a senior level with business sponsors, senior stakeholders, and teams across the organisation. Specific teams include Technology, Sales & Account Management, Finance, and all Customer Operations partners (Support, Order Management, Implementation, Billing, and Operational Excellence). Key Responsibilities Drive and direct programme management of large-scale, complex, high visibility programmes that involve multiple functions. Utilize alternative solutions where needed to solve business and operational challenges. Partner with business sponsors to define success metrics and criteria. Ensure programme meet success parameters and return on investment targets stated in the business case, and able to articulate the business benefits. Maintain and evolve the project charters, coordinated project plans, resource plans, and related project management, ensuring all requirements and objectives are met. Ensure comprehensive governance procedures are followed and all project artefacts maintained throughout the project lifecycle using group quality standards. Experience with evaluation and creation of project resourcing profiles, cost plans, benefits schedules, RAID items, change requests, and status reports. Identify, track, and mitigate programme risks and dependencies. Formulate data-driven insights to support negotiations, monitor performance and improve potential weak areas, driving alignment towards shared objectives. Proven track record of delivery in environments with high levels of ambiguity, changes in strategy and can incorporate these into defined processes. Produce reports (recurring and ad hoc) for senior management and stakeholders on the progress of the programmes against objectives and plans, highlighting key risks and improvements. Able to represent the programme at senior forums Highly skilled at managing multiple stakeholders, being a trusted advisor Must be able to build trust, manage expectations, and establish sponsorship from key stakeholders. Mentor other programme team members, promoting successful practices Collaborate with the Programme Director to ensure the programme achieves its objectives and aligns with business priorities. Desired Skills, Expertise and Experience Minimum 8-10 years\' experience delivering projects/programmes. BS/BA degree required Project Management certification(s). Deep knowledge of project management methodologies. Experience in delivering CRM, Customer Service, Digital or Lead to Cash projects Understanding of Customer Support, Order Management, Billing and Sales functions. Background in working across both business and IT related projects. Willing and able to challenge customers and partners to better understand their needs. Proven track record of projects with well-defined processes. Ability to build high quality steering committee materials. Highly skilled at leading and influencing a wide network of stakeholders, including senior management.
