Role: Program Manager

Exp: 10+ years

:

Minimum 10 + years of overall experience with + 5 years Program management experience or related work experience

3~5+ years working with project resource management, budget management and tracking project financials actuals vs. estimation.

Experience in program execution end to end management & delivery.

Experience with program management tools such as Microsoft project plan, Gantt charts, etc.

PMP certification preferred

CSM certification (optional)

Strong Risk Management Skills.

Strong knowledge in PDLC (product development life cycle)

Strong exposer in electronics design & know how

Strong exposer in product design which includes Mechanical design know-how

Experience in industrialization of products

Production knowledge is advantage

Good experience with 3rd party vendors & Customer management

Sound knowledge on QMS standards

Good at cross function management

Strong communication and presentation skills

Result oriented, flexibility

Very strong at Decision making, change management, escalation handling stakeholder management

Audio industry knowledge is an advantage

Status reporting to Sr. Management, conducting team meetings, supplier meetings, Customer meetings etc.

Qualifications

Qualification: Engineering Graduate
