Role Summary

As Asset Safety Manager You will be responsible to program manage the Recovery Function of Yulu bike fleet. You are expected to create SOPs and implement processes on the various required areas to improve the business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Constantly evaluate the field operations, implement the standard operating procedures (SOPs), take corrective actions and strengthen the process of Bike and Battery Safety on Road and in house.
• Responsible to co-ordinate and monitoring the day-to-day execution and procedures as per the SOP.
• Work Closely with city team to improve asset safety, maintain a healthy informal network and reduce cost of recovery
• Come up with and encourage out of the box solutions for R&M problems and be abreast with various developments in the latest developments in the EV/R&M domain globally and represent Yulu's interest as and where necessary.
• Own and process Insurance claims for Lost bikes and battery
• Responsible to ensure the recovery process is compliant with all applicable regulatory & legal requirements.
• Keeps management informed of asset recovery progress by overseeing and managing accurate reports for the Asset Recovery department.

• Experience: 3-5 years
• Experience of recovering asset from fraudulent customers in the previous organizations.
• Effectively optimise the recovery process & cost.
• Proactive & smart thought process.
• Excellent communication skills- English & local language mandatory.
• Data driven with experience of managing, leading and developing people.
• E-Commerce, Logistics, Mobility background preferred.
• Working knowledge of SQL and Excel
