ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for a Program Manager that helps with a critical project where he/she will present business requirements to product teams; work with Finance, Supply chain and business teams to deliver on key customer metrics that dictate the customer experience. We are looking for someone with min 2+ years of work experience with a penchant for setting up and implementing mechanisms to deliver on business objectives. The program manager would work closely to apply best practices into implementation. The key responsibilities of this candidate include:

1. Explore the relevant processes and work with product managers to help implement these processes into projects at Appario.

2. To build relevant temporary and permanent workflows for the implementation of these processes and to be responsible for their speed of adoption and execution

3. To define and execute processes that help strengthen vendor engagement.

4. To work closely with legal and supply chain (as necessary) in ensuring the right frameworks are set in place while keeping in mind ease of execution and maintaining a high bar of vendor (customer) experience.

The ideal candidate would have the following demonstrated competencies and background:

1. MBA from a Tier 1 B school.

2. 2-4 years in a program management OR e-commerce category/vendor management role
