Develop and implement a comprehensiveprogramplan, including budgeting & planning, reporting and KPI tracking . Manage relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and internal teams . Ensureprogramobjectives are aligned withC&Igoals . Monitor and report onprogramperformance, taking corrective action as necessary to ensure successful outcomes . Identify and manageprogramrisks . Facilitate cross-functional teamwork and communication to ensureprogramsuccess . Continuously evaluate and improveprogramprocesses and practices Requirements: . At least 12-15 years of experience inprogrammanagement, with a strong track record ofmanagingcomplex programs . Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills . Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and to lead and motivate team members . Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills .
