Description: The Professor in the Department of Pedagogy of Economics will be a senior faculty member and leader in the field of economics education. The ideal candidate will have a strong record of teaching and research, as well as a passion for helping students understand the importance of economics in our daily lives. Responsibilities: Teach a variety of economics and pedagogy courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels Develop and implement innovative curriculum and pedagogical approaches to economics education Conduct and lead cutting-edge research in the field of economics education Mentor and advise junior faculty and students on academic and professional matters Participate in departmental, college, and community activities and initiatives Represent JKKN College of Education and the Department of Pedagogy of Economics at conferences and other events Qualifications: A PhD in Economics, Education, or a related field is required A strong record of teaching and research, with a focus on economics education A demonstrated ability to lead and mentor others Strong communication and interpersonal skills A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in education Eligibility fields: Candidates with extensive experience and a distinguished record of achievement in the fields of economics education instructional design and related fields may be eligible Note: Salary for all positions will be based on qualification and experience and will not be a limiting factor for the right candidate
