The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching, conducting research, and providing guidance to students in the field of Commerce and Accountancy. The candidate will be expected to contribute to the development of the departmental curriculum and research programs. The candidate must possess excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. Qualifications: A Ph.D. in Commerce, Accountancy, or a related field is required. A minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching and/or research in the field of Commerce and Accountancy. Strong research record and experience in publishing research papers in reputed journals and conferences. Experience in conducting research projects in the field of Commerce and Accountancy. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
