Job description: department of Pedagogy in Commerce and Accountancy is seeking a dynamic and experienced Professor to join our team. As a Professor, you will be responsible for providing innovative and high-quality education to students in the Commerce and Accountancy department. You will be expected to bring your expertise and creativity to the classroom, engaging students and enabling them to seize exponential opportunities and become dynamic leaders. Responsibilities: Conducting lectures, seminars, and workshops to students in the Commerce and Accountancy department Developing innovative and effective teaching materials and strategies to engage and inspire students Assessing student performance and providing feedback on their progress Providing academic guidance and support to students as needed Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement new curricula and educational programs Participating in research projects and publishing scholarly articles in relevant academic journals Serving on committees and contributing to the development of the College\'s policies and procedures Mentoring and advising junior faculty members in the department Qualifications: A PhD in Commerce or Accountancy, or a closely related field A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in a college or university setting A proven track record of research and publication in relevant academic journals Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the development of new curricula and educational programs Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and advise junior faculty members Eligible fields: Commerce Accountancy Business Administration Economics Finance Marketing Management Note: Salary for all positions will be based on qualification and experience and will not be a limiting factor for the right candidate
