Job Title:

Professional Services Co-ordinator

We are setting up a competence center set up in Kalwa, Navi Mumbai. We are a supplier of network solutions for thde industry and our target is to provide expert technical services for our customers and partners.

Responsibility:

• Acting and SPOC for all Professional Services inquiries.

• Carefully study the RFP and draft a scope of work. Accordingly involve the respective PSV consultants in scrutinizing the scope, and efforts estimation.

• Rolling our PSV offers.

• Maintaining activity tracker of PSV consultants & assign them projects/tasks.

• Maintaining status reports of the progress of all assigned PSV activities.

• Ensure all PSV activities are billed on time. Maintain billing-related coordination with PSV consultants and the DCP finance team.

• Complete all documentation of projects as per requirements under the guidance of the PSV Consultant.

• Keep Track of Man Day utilization of each PSV consultant throughout the financial year to ensure optimum resource utilization.

• Managing the training material dispatch to clients. Handling any FAT material dispatch.

Skills and Competencies (required):

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x98s Degree/Master\xe2\x80\x98s degree in Telecommunication or Electronics or Comp-IT.

• Understanding of Network and Security concepts.

• 6-8 years experience as a Project coordinator.

• Project management skills essential to track milestones and validate project progress

• The ability to work effectively with internal and external clients, management, staff members, and consultants.

• Excellent business communication skills.

• Excellent Documentation skills.

Desirable Knowledge and Skill (not mandatory, advantage to have)

• Professional network and security certifications (e.g. Cisco CCN Security/CCNP Security, CEH, CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA+)

• Experience with different network and security vendors (e.g. Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Nozomi, HP, Aruba)
