Position: Event Co-ordinator Location: Pune Requisites: 6 months -1 year of exp in relevant field Excellent organizational and communication skills Highly motivated and able to work independently Knowledge of financial management, event planning, marketing, and budgeting Ability to lead and motivate teams Proactive problem-solving skills Experience in customer service or working with clients Knowledge of event software and other related programs Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Flexibility to work weekends and late nights, if needed Ready to travel and presentable. Responsibilities: Assist in the planning and development of event concepts, budgets, and timelines. Source and book venues, suppliers, and services for events. Develop creative event ideas, promotional materials, and interactive activities. Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure the best prices and services. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure event compliance with relevant regulations and laws. Monitor event progress and evaluate outcomes. Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Manage and track event budgets. Coordinate and oversee event staff and volunteers. Manage and update event documentation. Prepare and submit post-event reports. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 950,000.00 - 975,000.00 per month Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
