Register Complain for each & Every Inquiry & Generate Register Complaint No
If Required Then Generate PR, PR Approval of generated PR & Follow up with Vendor to reach on site
Preparing SLA
Aligning Site Engineer for site
Daily Receive Site Engineer Service Report
Maintain Excel Sheet of Client Equipment we sell
Every Day Engineer Attendance with Site Location Update
Making Service Related Quote
Daily Report of Service Engineer Complaint Attend
Aligned Engineer Gate pass at Client End for entry & PTW.
Making PMS Schedule
Making Quote Of AMC
Daily Report For PR & PO
Coordinate with site Engineer For Material Needs & Arrange from company to Site Engineer
Making Costing for the Every Site Engineer
Booking Related All Activity
To make Clear Site Engineers Bills & Expense
If Required Then Generate PR & Follow up with purchase & Deliver On
Time of parts at site or particular Address
