  • This position process monthly payroll and CTC reimbursements along with the help of payroll Vendor
  • Responsible for end to end payroll accounting including payroll and payroll benefits related accruals
  • Co-ordination with HR for change in employees (joiner, left, under notice, change in salary etc.)
  • Dealing with various vendors for all payroll and all benefits related services
  • Ensuring correct payroll including payroll compliances, Timely payment and resolving queries
Key Responsibilities
  • Timely and accurate payroll payments
  • Co-ordination with HR department for various inputs
  • Dealing with payroll vendors for payroll processing
  • Dealing with employees for various queries
  • Taking effects of appraisals, change in structure as per Company policy
  • Calculation of bonus provision, GL accounting of salary, full and finals, accruals and bonus payments
  • Full and final settlements dealing with HR, payroll vendor, employees for accurate and timely settlement
  • Payroll payments into correct bank accounts
  • Maintaining confidentiality
  • Payroll taxes, withholdings, their payments and related filing and GL accounting
