Skills Ability to work with the different teams Co-ordination within Plant HR Team like, HR, ER, Admin, Communication and IE etc. Good knowledge of MS Office (Power Point, Word & Advance Excel) Knowledge of employee life cycle in HR department. Data Analytics & Interpretation Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills Relevant Experience: 3-4 years 3-4 years, HR MIS Executive Able to handle large data and deal with multiple teams Must able to create report and dashboard using data Good in both verbal and written communication skills Job Responsibility Sr.No. Job Responsibility Provide general administrative support and co-ordination on daily activities Plan manage schedule including meeting, interviews, appointment and traveling arrangement. Handle all correspondence activity. Act as single point of contact to GM HR regarding various data pertaining Human resource Coordination with various team within Plant HR Team and resolve issues.
