• The successful candidate for this position has experience in the manufacturing industry and strong understanding of production process.
• Independent able to handle production planning.
• Should have experience of Operator skill development
• Should have experience of Lean methodology and Lean implementation in shop floor.
• Should have experience of 5’s, Kaizen and other continuous improvement tools.
• Should have experience of production planning based on monthly production schedule.
• Candidate must monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance against plant vs actual and review performance like FPY, COTD.
• Sound interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with cross functional team like quality, Maintenance, Engineering, SCM, R&D.
• Should have experience of ECN change and ECN change implementation for production.
• Should have hands on experience for productivity improvement tools and techniques.
• To conduct daily L1 DM meeting with operators and discuss points as per SQDIP.
• To perform daily process, walk and Weekly process walk as per plan.
• To perform stop, take five meeting with all operators and discuss safety related points.

Your background

• 5 to 6 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Sound interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of SAP MM.
• Well versed with MS Office.
• Basic knowledge of engineering drawing & processes.
• Lean methodology and implementation.
