Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Review the Manufacturing Process adopted by the Manufacturing Team & Ensure Product Quality
- Should be enough knowledge of quality testing of wall putty and tile adhesive
- Provide support to the Manufacturing Team to meet Quality Requirement of the parts
- Prepare and Implement Systems and Tests to assure Quality of the Products
- Perform periodic Internal Quality Audits
- Ensure Calibration of the measuring Instruments
- Manage the Team of Quality Control Inspectors
- Train his Team to perform to their Optimum Levels
- Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 guidelines in the Company
- Prepare Quality Reports as well as MIS for the Directors
- Resolve Quality Issues at Customers end
- Involve in New Product Development and Processes
- Apply Quality Tools as well as Statistical Quality Control Principles
- Design and Prepare Control Charts and ensure the adherence of the same by Manufacturing Team
- understands construction chemicals and their requirements.
- optimizes both internal and external customer needs and requirements when making decision and taking decision.
- purchase and maintains laboratory equipment and supplies
