Job Description
Designation: Production Supervisor/Coordinator
We are looking for an organized production coordinator to ensure a smooth workflow from design to our production. The production coordinator will make sure that the production follows the planned schedule and budget, must be able to multitask and work under pressure. Can communicates well with the design & production team and clients to ensure that the production runs efficiently.
Experience: Minimum 3yrs, preferably looking for male candidates from furniture manufacturing industries.
Skills Required: PowerPoint & Excel
Roles & Responsibilities:
Preparing Production Order PO and presentation for both design team & our clients
Coordination with Production and Design team, along with accounting work
Maintain a smooth and efficient process by monitoring workflows.
Manage all communication systems, including phones and emails
Ensuring quality assurance and the production team meets scheduled goals.
Site visits for measurements, follow up with site supervisor for updates
Oversight of work including planning, scheduling, directing and executing production activities for maximum performance of projects.
Manage the production team so that scheduled goals are met
