: Responsible for the design and detailing of hot runners in a production environment with a focus on 100% quality. Responsibilities:

• Engineer an entire hot runner from concept to release for all common molds using CAD and BaaN with a high level of attention to detail.
• Follow well-established design rules and practices.
• Work with manufacturing to help resolve production issues.
• Maintain thorough job file documentation.
• Check others’ work and make specific recommendations for fixes as well as improvements.
• Demonstrate and maintain required quality, efficiency and on-time requirements.

Qualification:

• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering required (or equivalent job-related experience).
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/ Mold Design with relavent experience.
• 1- 2 years experience in Mechanical/Mold Design preferred.
• Entry-level 3D solid CAD experience.
• Ability to organize a sequence of tasks on a project to meet commitment dates.
• Ability to work in a variety of shifts.
• Knowledge of thermodynamics, heat transfer, fluids and stress analysis (mechanical skills).
